Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 2026. This notice describes the current Cybte AI website and account platform. Product-specific or jurisdiction-specific notices may be added as services expand.
Who operates Cybte AI

Information we process
We may process account details such as name and email address, enterprise enquiry information you choose to submit, service records needed to operate your account, and limited technical/security information needed to protect the platform.
Secure Vault
For authenticated Secure Vault users, supported documents are encrypted before server-side storage. File metadata such as filename, MIME type, size, integrity digest, account ownership and audit events may be stored in the application database. Customers should not place regulated or mission-critical records in the MVP until deployment controls, backups and key management have been independently reviewed.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested services, secure accounts, respond to enquiries, operate billing or subscriptions where enabled, investigate abuse, maintain records and improve platform reliability.
Sharing and service providers
Cybte AI may use infrastructure, email, payment and security service providers where necessary to deliver features. We do not describe those providers as having access beyond what is needed to perform their service.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the service, legal requirements and operational need. Cybte AI uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
