Last updated: September 2026. These website terms are a practical MVP notice and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before Cybte AI enters material enterprise contracts.

Platform operator

Cybte AI is a cybersecurity technology platform operated by THE TRUSTSHIELD GLOBAL LIMITED. By using the Cybte AI website, accounts or services, you are interacting with the Cybte AI platform operated by THE TRUSTSHIELD GLOBAL LIMITED.

Using the platform

You may use Cybte AI only for lawful purposes and only through accounts and services you are authorized to access. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, abuse payment systems, distribute malicious content or use the platform to violate another person’s rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify Cybte AI promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Security services

Security tools provide information and assistance, not a guarantee that an organization, system, transaction, identity or connection is free from risk. Customers remain responsible for their own security decisions, configurations, backups and legal obligations.

Secure Vault

The current Secure Vault is an MVP. Do not store regulated, irreplaceable or mission-critical records until production key management, recovery, malware scanning, MFA and independent security testing are in place.

Payments and subscriptions

Where paid services are enabled, the price displayed by Cybte AI is subject to server-side validation. Provider-confirmed payment is required before paid access is activated. Refunds are not represented as completed unless they are actually processed through the relevant payment provider.

Changes and availability

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued as the platform develops. Roadmap material is illustrative and is not a promise that a feature is already generally available.
